使用心得:雪平鍋使用小步驟
開鍋
雪平鍋買回家之後，使用前請先加入洗米水煮沸，可在不銹鋼的表面形成皮膜，預防變色。
在鍋中加入洗米水煮沸
倒入洗米水，開中火煮沸後，轉小火慢慢煮5分鐘。關火後靜置一會兒，等洗米水放涼後，用清水迅速沖洗。
日常保養
平時使用清潔劑與海綿即可。
鍋具變黑或不小心燒焦時，則以尼龍纖維菜瓜布刷去污垢。
不鏽鋼雪平鍋的表面未經過任何加工處理，烹煮加了醋的酸味料理時容易變色，應避免以鍋子長時間盛裝酸味料理。
